A la découverte du comic Curse of the Worgen
Le 1er numéro du nouveau comic World of Warcraft: Curse of the Worgen est désormais disponible aux Etats-Unis. Cette histoire se déroulera sur 5 tomes à raison d'un par mois jusqu'en mars 2011, ce qui devrait donner deux BD si les Editions Soleil nous proposent une version française. Notez que cela est très probable puisque tout ce qui concerne World of Warcraft est presque systématiquement traduit depuis quelques années maintenant. Voici les couvertures et l résumé des quatre premiers numéros, que j'ai laissé en anglais pour éviter de spoiler de trop :
- 1er numéro : A series of grisly, animalistic murders have rocked the walled town of Gilneas. A famous detective sets out to discover the perpetrators and finds far more than he bargained for. To find the truth, he must delve through years of twisted history both the history of his family and Gilneas itself.
- 2ème numéro : Famous detective Halford Ramsey has fallen head first into the world of "The Worgen," a new race of creatures in World of Warcraft with a deep, twisted history. Follow the tale of two friends Ralaar and Arvell as we see the origin of The Worgen forged in the heat and desperation of an epic battle.
- 3ème numéro : Halford struggles to govern his body and mind, but as he loses more and more of himself to the Worgen form, he feels his self-control slipping away. We delve even further into World of Warcraft lore and learn more about the seductive power of the Worgen. Are they brutal beasts or extraordinary heroes?
- 4ème numéro : Gilneas City erupts into violence as the Worgen attack! During the madness, Halford seeks understanding behind who is friend and who is foe, while also dealing with his own animalistic Worgen urge to kill. In desperation, King Genn forms an unlikely alliance...
